DREAMS ROOMS ARE ON THE FAMILY SIDE OF THE RESORT.

SECRETS ROOMS ARE ON THE ADULTS ONLY SIDE OF THE RESORT.

Room types are available on a first come, first served basis.

. Children 2 and under are free with 2 paying adults. Children 3 - 12 are $108 per child, per night, with 2 paying adults in the room. Ages 13+ pay the standard rate.

Please ensure that your children’s birthdates are listed accurately to reflect their correct age at the time of travel. The resort will collect all passports upon check-in. If the age listed on your reservation does not match the age on the passport—and the rate you were charged does not align with the child’s actual age—they will reprice the stay at the resort’s current rate, which is significantly higher than our contracted group rate. Thank you for double-checking this detail to avoid any surprises at check-in.

Important Notice: All Guests Must Be Listed on Room Reservations

Please be aware that because this is an all-inclusive resort, every guest must be listed on the room reservation—regardless of age. This is required by the resort and strictly enforced.

If a guest is left off the reservation:

  • You will be charged the current retail rate at check-in—not the discounted group rate.

  • If the additional guest exceeds the room's maximum occupancy, you may be required to purchase an additional room.

  • If the resort is at full capacity, additional unlisted guests may not be allowed on the property at all.

Additionally, any changes to your room occupancy upon arrival will result in the entire reservation being repriced at the resort’s current rate, and you will be responsible for paying the difference.

To avoid any issues or added costs:

  • Please notify us before travel if you need to add or remove anyone from your reservation.

  • We’re happy to assist with any updates, but they must be made in advance.
