If you are not on the list at the link below, you did not book your transfers with us and you are responsible for arranging your own transportation.

Where to Find Las Together at the Airport

Terminal A After clearing customs and immigration, proceed to counter no. 38 and you will immediately see our Renny Travel staff waiting to greet you. They will be wearing blue and green shirts with black pants, and will greet you with a banner with the wedding name and take you to your vehicle.

Terminal B We are outside the terminal with the banner of the wedding name. Please do not stop inside. It is important to mention that after the sliding doors, you will find many desks and representatives offering transportation. Simply ignore them and continue walking until you see our representative holding the wedding group banner. Those booths are time-share and vacation club vendors. Again, simply ignore them and keep walking to the end of the hall.

If Your Arrival Flight Is Delayed or Cancelled

If your arrival flight is 2+ hours delayed, please let Las Together know immediately upon the delay announcement.

You must contact them directly so that they are aware. Their contact information is below. FAILURE TO IMMEDIATELY ALERT THE TRANSFER COMPANY ABOUT ANY CHANGES MAY RESULT IN YOUR ORIGINAL TRANSFER BEING CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND AND REQUIRING A NEW TRANSFER BOOKING AND PAYMENT. You must also IMMEDIATELY let Jess + Jayme know if your flight is cancelled and you are now arriving on a later date so that we can alert the resort. IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS, YOU WILL BE MARKED AS A NO SHOW AND YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND.

If Your Departure Flight Is Delayed

Please note that if your departure flight is delayed, you will still have to take the transfer at the originally scheduled time. Private transfers and drivers are scheduled ahead of time and last minute requests for later pickup times cannot always be accommodated.

Please keep in mind that in this scenario, the airlines do request that you still arrive to the airport at the original arrival time in case they are able to decrease the delay and get the flight in the air sooner than anticipated. We have had clients miss flights because they did not follow this suggestion, and it is not uncommon, especially with delays for mechanical issues.

For your return transfer from the resort to the airport, you must be in the lobby 15 minutes prior to your transfer pickup time.
