The rates are per night and are based on the number of nights and how many guests are staying in the room. Your stay includes access to Hard Rock Riviera Maya's all inclusive amenities, including meals, drinks, pools, entertainment, and resort activities, based on the section of the resort in which you are staying.
Hacienda is the family friendly side of Hard Rock Riviera Maya and welcomes guests of all ages. Families traveling with children will stay on the Hacienda side, but adults are also welcome to reserve accommodations in this section.
Guests staying in Hacienda will have access to the family friendly pools, beach areas, restaurants, entertainment, activities, and amenities available within this section of the resort.
Heaven is the adults only side of Hard Rock Riviera Maya. Guests staying in Heaven will have access to the adults only atmosphere and the designated Heaven pools, beach areas, and amenities available exclusively within this section.
Please note that guests staying on the Hacienda side will not have access to the Heaven pool, beach, or Heaven amenities, even if they are over the age of 18. Guests must be booked and staying in the Heaven section in order to access the Heaven pool, beach, and adults only amenities.

Room types in both Hacienda and Heaven are available on a first come, first serve basis.
All guests must be listed on the reservation.
If someone is left off, the resort will require payment at the current resort rate rather than the group rate, or the additional guest may not be permitted to stay if the resort is at full capacity.
Do not wait until arrival to change room occupancy. Changing the number of guests upon check in automatically reverts the entire reservation to the resort's current rate, and you would be responsible for the difference.
Please contact us before travel if you need to add or remove guests so we can update your reservation at the group rate.
Availability is not guaranteed until deposit. Maximum occupancy and bedding vary by room category. Hacienda welcomes guests of all ages. Heaven is reserved for adult guests booked and staying within the Heaven section.
