HOW TO BOOK

1. Find the booking engine.

2. Select your Check-in and Check-out dates, Number of guests and add the Promo Code: GLWAUG26FPM

3. Click “CHECK AVAILABILITY”

4. Make sure you get the message: “Promotional code applied”

5. In the comments box, please also add the promo code.

6. Complete your booking.

Make sure to book "Suite only" and do not bundle flights in. It is always recommended to book flights directly through the airline website.

The room block rates are available for the dates of August 9th - 16th, 2026.

Please note: In order to be considered a part of our wedding group, you must book your stay using our group promo code. You will receive our lower, locked in rates, and the complimentary service of our travel advisors.

This code is valid until June 4th, 2026

If you book OR make changes to your reservation after this date, you will not be included in the wedding block and will not get the discounted wedding group rate.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

Your card will only be charged $1 to reserve your room. The remaining balance for your reservation will be automatically charged 30 days prior to arrival.

Please note, if the credit card you used to put your deposit down defaults, your reservation could be cancelled. Please make sure to inform Finest if your credit card or email information changes. There is a link on your reservation confirmation to change this card before final payment. If that does not work, you will just have to call to change it.

All bookings made using our promo code are fully refundable, as long as the reservation is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to arrival. If you cancel after the full payment has been charged, you will be refunded, in full, within 8 weeks.

Please make your booking as soon as possible, as we are not holding inventory and rooms can sell out at any time. The resort only charges $1 on your card to reserve, and does not charge anything else until the final payment is charged 30 days prior to travel.

As the resort gets booked, they will also sometimes change the minimum number of required nights to book. This will not affect you if you have already placed a deposit down and held a room, but if you have not it is possible they will require 4, 5, even 7 nights in order to book certain dates. We can fully avoid this if you put down your deposit ASAP.

Additionally, to attend the wedding you must stay on the resort property. For the safety of our guests, the resort will not accommodate external guests.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

One Private, Free Round-trip airport/ hotel transfer is included per room reservation. Please note that if you are coming in on different flights as your roommates and are staying in the same room, you will only receive ONE complimentary transfer per room and any additional will need to be paid for.

Service is to and from Cancun International Airport to Finest Playa Mujeres only. Free airport transfer is only available for suite-only stays of minimum three nights, made directly through The Excellence Collection official website. (The airport transfer is not included in the “Suite + Flight” option).

Transportation Service (if included) must be programmed directly through Seasons Tours via email at
transfers@seasonstours.com Please email them with your confirmation number, name, flight details, and number of guests when you request your transfers.

INSURANCE + CANCELLATIONS

Every booking made with our promo code is fully refundable as long as you cancel more than 24 hours prior to your trip. This would need to be completed prior to NOON EST on the day before you check in.

Here and Away Travel STRONGLY recommends that you purchase travel insurance, especially when traveling internationally, even though the cancellation policy with this resort is so flexible.

We highly recommend travel insurance to protect you if something unexpected happens and your trip is interrupted, you need medical attention or have to go to the hospital in the Dominican Republic. Most US insurance companies don't cover anything that happens outside of the USA, which can leave you with HUGE bills that would not be reimbursed unless you have medical coverage for your trip. (Also please note, the hospitals in the DR will not allow you to leave until ALL bills have been paid.) Please note that Here and Away Travel cannot help you recoup any financial losses that arise in the case that you do not purchase travel insurance.
