Lomas Transfers Information
You are booked on group transfers through Lomas Transfers. Please review all of the information below carefully and then follow the manifest link provided. At that link, you will find your transfer details, including your return pickup time from the resort to the airport listed on the right-hand side of the spreadsheet.
If Your Arrival Flight Is Delayed or Cancelled
If your arrival flight is delayed by 2+ hours, you must notify Lomas immediately once the delay is announced so they can adjust your transfer.
If your arrival flight is cancelled, you must notify Lomas immediately, as well as Jayme and Jess.
If your new arrival date changes and you will be arriving later than originally scheduled, we must know immediately so that we can alert the resort.
If you do not advise us and do not arrive on your originally scheduled arrival date, the resort will mark your reservation as a no-show and cancel it without refund.
If Your Departure Flight Is Delayed or Cancelled
If your departure flight is delayed, you will still need to take your transfer at the originally scheduled pickup time. Transfer schedules are created in advance, and last-minute requests for later pickups cannot typically be accommodated.
Please keep in mind that airlines often ask passengers to arrive at the airport based on the original departure time, as delays can be shortened unexpectedly and flights may depart earlier than the delayed estimate.
We have had travelers miss flights because they assumed they could arrive later. This is especially common with delays related to mechanical issues.
If your departure flight is cancelled, please notify Lomas immediately once you are informed, and again as soon as your replacement flight has been confirmed.
For your return transfer, you must be in the resort lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time.
Important Transfer Policy
Failure to immediately notify the transfer company of any flight changes may result in your original transfer being cancelled without refund and requiring a brand new transfer booking and payment.

PLEASE NOTE RETURN PICKUP TIMES ARE NOT ABLE TO BE MOVED AND YOU MUST TAKE THE TRANSFER TIME YOU WERE ASSIGNED, YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO JUST GO IN ANOTHER VEHICLE WITH OTHER GUESTS AT ANOTHER TIME.
YOU MUST BE CHECKED OUT AND IN THE LOBBY 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR PICKUP TIME SO THAT YOU DO NOT MISS THE TRANSFER.
