If you are delayed by a significant amount (more than 2 hours) or your flight is cancelled you MUST contact the transfer company directly and let them know. Please do this IMMEDIATELY upon learning of delays/cancellations because if you wait they may not be able to accommodate and reschedule you.

Please note that since you will possibly be on transfers with other guests, your set airport pickup time cannot be adjusted and you will have to be ready at the time of pickup. If you return flight is delayed, the airline still asks that you be at the airport at your ORIGINALLY scheduled time in case they are able to leave earlier, so please still be ready and take the scheduled transfer.
