What is the dress code for the wedding?

The dress code is resort formal! Men may wear a suit or sport coat with slacks (ties optional). Women may wear maxi, midi, or cocktail dresses with dressy sandals or wedges/block heels. Light fabrics and color are encouraged, such as linen and cotton.


When is the final payment due?

Final payment is due by February 23 and will serve as your official RSVP! No additional RSVP is required.


Will events be indoors or outdoors?

Most events will be outdoors. Please dress accordingly, stay hydrated, and bring plenty of sunscreen!


Can I book the resort on my own or through a third party?

We kindly ask that all guests book through this wedding website and our travel agents. Guests who book outside the group will incur additional fees to attend any events on property.


Can we stay longer than the three night minimum?

Absolutely! Many guests are extending their stay from Thursday, June 11 through Monday, June 15. You will still receive the discounted room block rate if you extend your stay! If you need to modify your reservation, please contact our travel advisors, Jess and Jayme.


Can I book a room type not listed in the room block?

Yes, however, pricing is not guaranteed for room types outside the room block. Please contact Jess and Jayme for availability and rates.


When should I book my flights?

We recommend booking flights as soon as your travel dates are confirmed. Flight details must be shared no later than 60 days prior to your travel date.


Are children allowed?

Hyatt Zilara is an adults only property. We hope parents take this as an opportunity to relax and enjoy a kid free getaway!


What other events are planned?

We will be gathering for casual welcome drinks at a bar on property Friday night. On Sunday, plan to meet at the pool bar for a relaxed day to unwind and celebrate. A full weekend schedule will be shared on our website closer to the wedding date!


What food and dining options are available?
Hyatt Zilara is an all inclusive resort with a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and lounges offering everything from casual beachside bites to upscale dining. You can explore all dining and drink options here.


Is attendance required at all wedding events?

Only the ceremony and reception are required. All other events are optional.


What optional activities can I book during my stay?
Guests may book spa treatments (additional information available here), cabanas, private dining, and off site excursions such as snorkeling, boat tours, zip lining, and island trips.


How do I book activities?
Most activities can be signed up for on property! For spa services, booking early through the website is recommended.
