Room types are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Below are our contracted group room rates. The rates are per night for 2 adults and are All Inclusive. Rates are based on double occupancy for All Inclusive resorts - for this reason, single rates are still very close to the double rate. If you need a single rate quote please let us know and we are happy to send it over.

Childen 2 and under are free with 2 paying adults. Children 3 - 12 are $108 per child, per night, with 2 paying adults in the room. Ages 13+ pay the standard rate.

Please Note - Since this is an all inclusive resort, all guests coming to the resort MUST BE LISTED ON THE ROOM RESERVATION no matter what the age of the guest is. If anyone is left off, when you arrive at the resort you will have to pay the current rate - not the group rate - or possibly purchase a second room if the additional guest puts you over the room occupancy. If the resort is sold out and is at their max resort occupancy level, it is possible the additional guests will not be permitted on the property at all.

Changing occupancy when you arrive to the resort will also result in your entire reservation being reverted to the current rate at that time, which means you will have to pay the difference between the group rate and current rate upon check in, which will very likely be much higher. PLEASE make sure you avoid this by letting us know at any time prior to travel if you have an extra guest you need added to your room, or if you have any guests no longer traveling who need to be removed from your room reservation.
