Transfer Pick-Up Times - Renny Tranfsers

If you are not on the lists below, you did not book your transfers with us and you are responsible for arranging your own transportation.

UNDER THE DEPARTURES SECTION, YOU WILL FIND YOUR RETURN TRANSFER PICK UP TIME ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE IN RED. PLEASE BE IN THE LOBBY 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THIS TIME SO YOU DO NOT MISS YOUR SHUTTLE.

Where to find Renny at the airport:

Terminal A After clearing customs and immigration, proceed to counter no. 38 and you will immediately see our RENNY TRAVEL staff waiting to greet you. Blue and Green Shirt and black pants, they will greet you with a banner with the wedding name and will take you to your vehicle.

Terminal B We are outside the terminal with the banner of the wedding name (please do not stop inside) It is important to mention that walking after the sliding door, you will find a lot of desks and representatives offering you transportation. Simply ignore them and continue walking until you see our rep holding the wedding group banner. Those booths are time-share, vacation club vendors. Again, simply ignore them and keep walking to the end of the hall.
  

IF YOUR ARRIVAL FLIGHT IS DELAYED

If your arrival flight is 2+ hours delayed, please let Renny know IMMEDIATELY upon the delay announcement.  You MUST contact them directly so that they are aware.  Contact information is below.

IF YOUR DEPARTURE FLIGHT IS DELAYED

Please note that if your departure flight is delayed, you will still have to take the transfer at the originally scheduled time.  Private transfers and drivers are scheduled ahead of time and last minute requests for later pickup times cannot always be accommodated. 

 Please keep in mind that in this scenario, the airlines do request that you always arrive to the airport at the original arrival time in case they are able to decrease the delay and get the flight in the air sooner than anticipated.  (We have had clients miss flights because they did not follow this suggestion, it is not uncommon especially with delays for mechanical issues.

For your return transfer from the resort to the airport, you must be in the lobby 15 minutes prior to your transfer pick up time.

**PLEASE NOTE - IF YOU ARE ON A SHARED TRANSFER ON YOUR ROOM CONFIRMATION, PLEASE NOTE THAT SHARED TRANSFERS ARE SHARED WITH OTHER PEOPLE, SO FOR YOUR ARRIVAL, YOU MAY HAVE A WAIT AT THE AIRPORT WHILE EVERYONE CLEARS CUSTOMS AND WAITS FOR THEIR BAGS (EVEN IF YOU DID NOT CHECK BAGS). THE TRANSFERS WILL NOT LEAVE UNTIL EVERYONE ON THAT SHARED TRANSFER IS THERE.

FOR DEPARTURES, YOU MAY NOT ADJUST YOUR DEPARTURE TIME SINCE IT IS NOT A PRIVATE TRANSFER AND OTHERS ARE SCHEDULED WITH YOU.**
