We are Jess + Jayme of Here and Away Travel, the travel advisors working with Jillian + Gavin for their destination wedding at Finest Playa Mujeres. They have reserved a room block at the resort and kindly request that their guests join them in staying there.

Finest Playa Mujeres is a luxury all inclusive resort located along the beautiful beaches of Playa Mujeres, offering an elevated yet welcoming atmosphere that is ideal for destination weddings, family celebrations, and unforgettable group getaways.
Set just north of Cancun in the exclusive Playa Mujeres area, the resort combines a peaceful beachfront setting with modern design, spacious suites, and thoughtful amenities for guests of all ages. FLIGHTS
You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN), and flights for October of 2027 will begin being released in December of 2026.
While the room does have to be booked through the travel advisors, you are more than welcome to book flights on your own and use any points, miles, etc., that you may have.
Please ensure that the name on your plane ticket matches the name on your passport exactly.

PASSPORTS
Blue Passport Books are required for international air travel. Passport Cards are not valid for flights and will result in denied entry.
If you need to renew or apply for a passport, we recommend starting that process early to avoid any delays.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE BOOKING USING THE PROMO CODE. If the promo code is not applied, you will have the option of a non-refundable stay. If you choose that option, your credit card will be charged in full at the time of booking and you will not be able to make any changes whatsoever. The resort is incredibly strict regarding these reservations, and there are absolutely no cancellations, modifications, date changes, or refunds permitted once booked.

Make sure to book Suite Only and do not bundle flights into your reservation. It is always recommended to book flights directly through the airline website.
The room block rates are available for the dates of October 9th, 2027 – October 16th, 2027.
Please note: In order to be considered part of our wedding group, you must book your stay using our group promo code. You will receive our lower, locked-in rates and the complimentary services of our travel advisors.
This code is valid until August 10th, 2027.
If you book or make changes to your reservation after this date, you will not be included in the wedding block and will not receive the discounted wedding group rate.
Your card will only be charged $1 to reserve your room. The remaining balance for your reservation will automatically be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
Please note that if the credit card used for your reservation becomes invalid or expires, your booking could be cancelled. Please ensure that Finest has your most current credit card and email information. There is a link within your reservation confirmation that allows you to update your payment information before final payment. If that does not work, you will need to contact the resort directly.
All bookings made using our promo code are fully refundable as long as the reservation is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to arrival. If you cancel after final payment has been processed, your refund may take up to eight weeks to be returned to your card.
Please make your booking as soon as possible, as we are not holding inventory and rooms can sell out at any time. The resort only charges $1 to secure your reservation and does not collect final payment until 30 days prior to travel.
As the resort fills, they may increase the minimum number of nights required to book certain dates. This will not impact guests who have already secured a reservation, but it may affect those who wait to book. We strongly recommend placing your deposit as soon as possible to avoid potential restrictions.
Additionally, to attend the wedding, guests must stay on the resort property. For the safety and security of all guests, external visitors will not be permitted.

One Private Complimentary Round-Trip Airport Transfer is included per room reservation. If guests sharing a room arrive or depart on different flights, only one complimentary transfer is included and any additional transfers will need to be purchased separately.
Complimentary transfers are available between Cancun International Airport (CUN) and Finest Playa Mujeres for Suite Only reservations of three nights or longer booked directly through the Excellence Collection website. Complimentary transfers are not available for Suite + Flight reservations.
Transportation must be arranged directly with Seasons Tours by emailing transfers@seasonstours.com. Please include your reservation confirmation number, guest names, flight information, and number of travelers when requesting transportation.
Every booking made with our promo code is fully refundable provided it is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations must be completed before NOON EST on the day before your scheduled check-in.
Here and Away Travel strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance, particularly for international travel, even though Finest offers an exceptionally flexible cancellation policy.
Travel insurance can protect you if your trip is interrupted, delayed, or cancelled, and can provide critical medical coverage while abroad. Most U.S. health insurance plans do not cover medical treatment outside of the United States. Without travel insurance, you could be responsible for significant medical expenses should an emergency occur during your trip.
Please note that hospitals in Mexico often require payment in full before treatment is completed or before discharge is permitted.
Here and Away Travel cannot assist in recovering financial losses resulting from a decision not to purchase travel insurance.
You are welcome to purchase a policy through any provider of your choice, or you may use our recommended travel insurance options.
Medical emergencies while traveling internationally can result in tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical bills, and in severe situations, emergency evacuation back to the United States can cost $100,000 or more.
Resorts and suppliers do not make exceptions for personal or medical emergencies, and there are no refunds if you are unable to travel or need to leave early.
That is exactly what travel insurance is for - to protect you financially in situations outside of your control. We truly do not care where you purchase your policy, whether through us or through a provider you trust, but we strongly encourage you to have one in place and to make sure it includes comprehensive medical coverage. Please, we are begging you to purchase a travel insurance policy.
