The rates are per person, per night and are based on the number of nights and how many guests are staying in the room. Your stay includes unlimited gourmet dining, premium beverages, entertainment, resort activities, pools, beach access, and all of the exceptional amenities offered at Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen.
Secrets Moxché is an adults-only resort for guests 18 years of age and older. Every guest staying in the room must be listed on the reservation and included in the room occupancy at the time of booking.
From stunning pools and luxurious suites to world-class restaurants, beautiful Caribbean beaches, nightly entertainment, and the renowned Secrets Spa, Secrets Moxché offers an elevated all-inclusive experience designed exclusively for adults.
All room categories are available on a first come, first serve basis and are subject to availability until reserved with a deposit.
All guests must be listed on the reservation.
If someone is left off, Secrets Moxché will require payment at the current resort rate rather than the contracted group rate, or the additional guest may not be permitted to stay if the resort has reached capacity.
Do not wait until arrival to change room occupancy. Changing the number of guests at check-in automatically reverts the entire reservation to the resort's current rate, and you would be responsible for any additional cost.
Please contact us before travel if you need to add or remove guests so we can update your reservation while maintaining your contracted group rate whenever possible.
Availability is not guaranteed until your deposit has been received. Maximum occupancy and bedding vary by room category. All guests staying in the room must be included on the reservation.
