Room types are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Below are our contracted group room rates. The rates are per person, per night and are All Inclusive.

Please note that Unico 2087 is an ADULTS ONLY property, no one under 18 is permitted on the property.

KING BED ROOMS HAVE A MAX OCCUPANCY OF 2 ADULTS, AND 2 QUEEN ROOMS HAVE A MAX OCCUPANCY OF 4 ADULTS.

Please Note - Since this is an all inclusive resort, all guests coming to the resort MUST BE LISTED ON THE ROOM RESERVATION. If anyone is left off, when you arrive at the resort you will have to pay the current rate (they will not give you the group rate) or possibly purchase a second room if the additional guest puts you over the room occupancy. If the resort is sold out and is at their max resort occupancy level, it is possible the additional guests will not be permitted on the property at all.

All room photos are examples and individual rooms/views many vary.

We are holding in the room block the nights of January 30th, 31st, February 1st and 2nd. There is pricing below for dates outside of that range because there are rate breaks during this time, but we are not holding inventory for those dates so please let us know ASAP if you would like to book dates outside of the block so we can secure them for you.
