Important Information for Guests Not Booked in the Room Block

Please read this carefully. These policies are strictly enforced by the resort and are non-negotiable.

The total cost PER COUPLE for anyone staying off property including the resort day passes (JUST for the wedding day) and wedding event fees is roughly $900 - not including transportation to and from the resort and your accommodation.

We like to be very up front with these fees as they are resort-imposed and not imposed by our agency and the resort will not allow anyone on property for the wedding without the agreement being signed and costs having been paid pre-arrival.

Resort Wedding/Day Passes

  • Guests who are not staying at the resort will be required to purchase a wedding/resort day pass directly through the resort.

  • Passes are very limited in number and subject to resort availability. The resort ONLY offers day passes for the wedding day. YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO GET ONTO THE RESORT PROPERTY ANY OTHER DAY, EVEN FOR WEDDING EVENTS LIKE REHEARSAL DINNERS, WELCOME PARTIES, ETC.

  • The current cost is approximately $150 per person (subject to change by the resort).

  • Passes allow access to the resort only for the wedding event(s). Guests must leave the property immediately after the event concludes.

Event Attendance Fee

  • IN ADDITION TO THE DAY PASS FEE, the resort charges an Event Attendance Fee for all guests who are not booked into the official wedding room block.

  • This fee is $100 per person, per event. This means $100 per person for each of the events - the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception. So $300 per person for the wedding day. (Again, that is ON TOP of the wedding day pass.)

  • These fees are set and enforced by the resort and suppliers—not by the wedding couple or travel agency.

  • They are mandatory and non-refundable.

  • Failure to comply will result in denial of entry to wedding events.
