Please note that there are no times listed for your arrival pickup from Cancun Airport, as the transfer company has your flight information and will be there when you arrive.

If you are delayed by a significant amount (more than 2 hours) or your flight is cancelled you MUST contact the transfer company directly and let them know. Please do this IMMEDIATELY upon learning of delays/cancellations because if you wait they may not be able to accommodate and reschedule you.
