FLIGHTS

You will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN), and flights for May of 2026 will

begin to come out in late July of 2025.

PASSPORTS

Blue Passports BOOKS are REQUIRED for travel to Mexico. If you attempt to use a passport card or any other combination of IDs for international air travel, you will be denied entry to Mexico.

If your passport needs to be renewed, or if you will be getting your passport for the first time, it would be best to start that process ASAP so that if you encounter any issues you have plenty of time to sort them out.

Please also note that your plane ticket must match the name on your passport EXACTLY.

Airport Transfers

Round Trip Airport - Hotel Transfers (From CUN Airport to Hyatt Ziva Cancun)

When you are filling out your room reservation form, please select the transfer you prefer so that they are added into your reservation cost. We highly recommend the private transfers for ease and convenience.

Roundtrip Multi-stop Shared Transfer $40 per person

Upgrade to Private Round Transfers $120 per room

*Please note that multi-stop transfers are shared with multiple other people and they can wait up to 90 minutes at the airport for other flights to arrive, as well as making up to 5 stops each way. Because of this, your departure pick up times are not able to be changed and they can schedule your pick up time for as much as 5 hours before your flight.

Once we are closer to travel, we will send out a form to collect flight information for each guest and arrange the airport transfers.
